How you use them
Start with a question and choose a system. Every action says what it costs before you ask for it, and your credits go with you from one reading to the next.
Refunds
Bought credits can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if none of them has been used; credits that have been used are not refunded. A first membership can be refunded in full within 7 days of its first charge if no more than 250 of its credits have been used; renewals are not refunded. A duplicate charge, or a paid service we failed to provide for 72 hours or more, is refunded or credited. Any refund right the law gives you is kept. An account ended for breaking the Terms of Service gets no refund for unused credits or remaining membership time, except where the law requires one. Canceling membership stops future renewals and keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not itself request a refund. Failed or stopped answers give their credits back on their own. A purchase made before this rule took effect keeps the refund rule in force when it was made. Include your order number when contacting support; never send card details. If a single reading bought without an account is refunded, or its payment is reversed in a dispute, access to that reading is withdrawn and it is no longer shown.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Pay by card or PayPal; the final amount and currency are shown at checkout. A card payment made through Waffo may appear on your statement as WAFFO.
