How your credits work
- A day of membership credits starts again at midnight UTC and does not carry over. Credits you buy keep for twelve months.
- Membership renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout. Cancel before the next charge to stop renewal; access continues until the paid period ends.
- Failed and stopped answers give their credits straight back.
Refunds
If the credits you bought are unspent, contact support for a full refund. Delivered readings and a membership period already started are normally not refunded for a change of mind. Duplicate charges, failure to provide the purchased service and any refund rights under applicable law are handled separately. Canceling membership stops future renewals and keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not itself request a refund. Failed or stopped answers give their credits back. Include your order number when contacting support; never send card details.
