What the service provides
Multifate combines five traditional cultural systems—Bazi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Meihua Yishu, Da Liu Ren and Tarot—to provide calculated results, short and complete AI readings, rewrites using added systems, comparisons and follow-up replies. A separate free Bazi calculator is also available. The service is for entertainment and reflection. Calculated fields and symbols are not established facts about a person’s future. AI replies may be incomplete or wrong and are not medical, legal, investment or gambling advice. No prediction or real-world outcome is guaranteed.
Optional material and generated replies
You choose a system and supply the information it requires. Binding or leaving a reference alone costs no credits. Requesting a rewrite after adding a system, a comparison or a follow-up spends the credits that action costs, which is shown beside the action before you ask for it. Leaving a reference affects subsequent replies and does not erase earlier messages. A complete reading is paid for in credits. Clearing content is a separate action.
Proposed prices and daily credits
The initial proposal is priced in US dollars, and paid services are charged in credits. USD 9.99 buys 100 credits and USD 24.99 buys 280; both are bought once, do not renew automatically, and are kept for twelve months from the successful payment date. A complete reading costs 40 credits, adding a system and rewriting the whole sheet 20, a comparison 20, and a question of your own 10. Free users can ask AI one question per day using one system, shared between new questions and follow-ups. Multiple-system readings and comparisons require an active membership; buying credits alone does not grant this access. Free questions reset at 00:00 UTC, do not accumulate, and cannot pay for a complete report. Failed or stopped answers do not use this question allowance; technical retry limits still apply. No daily free credits are granted. Membership is USD 29 per month for 250 credits a day and Premium USD 49 per month for 600. Credits are spent in a fixed order: the membership day first, then credits you bought. Daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over; bought credits keep their own twelve-month expiry. These are candidate sale rules, not confirmation that live purchasing or real-payment acceptance checks are complete.
Automatic renewal, cancellation and existing access
Monthly membership renews automatically at the interval and price displayed at checkout. Cancel future renewal through billing management before the next charge; access normally continues through the paid period. New annual purchases are not offered at initial launch. This restriction does not alter fulfilment, renewal or management of existing contracts. Unverified upgrade, downgrade and proration features are not promised. Remaining one-off entitlements are kept after subscribing, with membership daily allowances used first; a new purchase does not automatically convert them into 7 bonus days. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Availability, failures and saved content
Only successfully saved replies use the allowance. Failed or stopped replies do not count as successful use, but technical retry limits apply. Spending limits or faults may pause generation across the service, including for paying users; another purchase cannot bypass such a pause. Check or recover the same request when its outcome is uncertain rather than buying again. Stopping or clearing prevents late content from being saved again but cannot undo AI processing already sent. Saved content can be revisited after membership expiry, subject to your clearing actions and actual retention arrangements. We do not promise permanent storage, unlimited calls or unverified benefits such as export.
Future plan · Early access
Premium members will be invited first when new cultural systems pass testing and open for trial. Systems and timing will be announced. This is a future plan; new systems are not available yet.
Refunds
If the credits you bought are unspent, contact support for a full refund. Delivered readings and a membership period already started are normally not refunded for a change of mind. Duplicate charges, failure to provide the purchased service and any refund rights under applicable law are handled separately. Canceling membership stops future renewals and keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not itself request a refund. Failed or stopped answers give their credits back. Include your order number when contacting support; never send card details.
Account use and outstanding operator details
Protect your sign-in credentials and use the correct account to claim and access content. Do not bypass access controls, abuse automated requests, submit unlawful material or provide another person’s private data without authority. Clearing data does not automatically cancel subscriptions or remove financial obligations. The operator’s real name and address, verified support and privacy contacts, operating and service locations, jurisdiction and final operating arrangements remain unconfirmed. An account Help page or an email displayed on a page does not by itself verify a formal contact channel.
